Questions about WP Visibility

Check the license terms, assistant permissions, migration coverage, and support options before choosing WP Visibility for your sites.

Product and license

What is WP Visibility?

A WordPress SEO plugin for titles, descriptions, schema, sitemaps, redirects, and social metadata. You can use the controls in WordPress or connect a supported AI assistant.

What does it cost?

$99 a year for unlimited sites, client sites included. Updates and support are included while your license is active. The plugin keeps working when the license expires.

Is there a free version of the plugin?

The installed plugin is paid. The free scanner is a separate service that checks a public site and returns a summary. Running a scan does not install or trial the plugin.

Do I need an AI assistant?

No. Assistant access is optional and starts disabled. You can manage SEO from the WordPress admin without connecting one.

Why is it built this way?

So site owners can use the assistant they already work with for SEO inside WordPress, while the ordinary controls stay available without one. The about page explains the product choices that follow from that.

Is there an affiliate program?

Yes. The program page sets out the commission, what it applies to, the attribution window, and how and when payouts are made. Apply by email.

Connecting an assistant

Which assistants can connect?

Use an MCP client that supports the plugin's HTTP transport and authentication, or use its documented REST or command-line interfaces. Your assistant is supplied separately; the plugin does not include a model subscription.

Check connection requirements

Where does the assistant get site data?

The assistant receives the data returned by the tools you allow it to call. Its provider handles that data under your arrangement with that provider.

The default plugin update check and manual license activation contact account.wpvisibility.com. Optional modules have additional data flows described in the plugin's Privacy Manifest.

Which changes can I review first?

Enable Agent and Autopilot, then set Assistant changes to Hold for my review. Supported write abilities create proposals with the fields to review before applying them.

This does not put every WordPress operation behind the queue. The connected user can have permission to write through other routes.

Can an assistant approve a proposal?

The approval ability is disabled by default. That setting does not remove an administrator account's permission to approve through other routes. Choose the connecting user and its permissions carefully.

Switching and setup

Can I import my existing SEO data?

The Import module maps supported data from other SEO plugins. Coverage varies by source. Preview on staging, keep a database backup, and check the resulting page output before switching.

The import preserves source-plugin data. Redirects use a separate CSV workflow, and reactivating the old plugin does not copy later changes back.

What does it add to a page view?

With default modules, the plugin adds no visitor-facing scripts or stylesheets and initiates no external requests for its SEO output. Optional modules can add work. Measure performance on your own configuration.

What are the requirements?

WordPress 7.0+ and PHP 8.1+. Check your hosting environment before installing.

For a store or multisite network, test product output, per-site settings, and any integrations on staging.
